2024 Annual Meeting Poster Session Instructions

Location: Sierra 2

CWEMF Poster Session:

Date: Tuesday, September 24, 2024
Time: 5:00 to 7:00 pm
Set up: 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Take down: After the poster session, please remove your poster or have a colleague take it down for you.

Poster Board Specifics:

Space Requirements: 4 ft by 4 ft (height by width)
Material: Boards are provided – please provide your own tacks, tape, etc.

Additional Information:

If you have a larger poster please let us know so we can correctly allocate the number of available spaces.

Other Information:

Please be available during the poster session to answer questions.
