Payment can be made through PayPal at the bottom of this page or by mailing a check to the CWEMF address on the registration form. Early bird rates apply through April 5, 2026. Discounted rates are available to those in the following individual membership categories: “Non-Profit/NGO”, “Academic Postdoc”, “Senior” and “Student”. All session moderators and speakers are required to register for the meeting.
Please note: If you register online for the 1-Day option, please send an email with the subject “CWEMF 1-Day Option” to CWEMF’s Executive Director, Sujoy Roy at Sujoy.Roy@tetratech.com. In this email, please indicate which day you plan to attend (i.e., Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday). This information is necessary for our refreshment, lunch and social planning. Thank you!
Employees of certain organizations are considered “Organization” members and should register accordingly. Please confirm with the Executive Director if your organization has submitted its membership for this year.
Your attendance at the 32nd Annual Meeting will entitle you to earn up to 24 Professional Development Hour (PDH) units, which many licensure and certification agencies require to demonstrate continuing professional competency. In general, one PDH is equal to one full hour of attendance. Reporting is done on an honor basis where attendees maintain their own records and email to CWEMF the number of hours in attendance.
There is plenty of parking at the Lake Natoma Inn and nearby parking garage; however, if you would like to take light rail, the Historic Folsom Light Rail station is just a five minute walk from the Lake Natoma Inn.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Lake Natoma Inn for $150 per night. If you wish to stay at the Lake Natoma Inn, please make your reservations with the Hotel using this group rate link for the CWEMF Annual Meeting. Please make your reservations at least two weeks in advance because the CWEMF block of rooms will be released to others on April 6.
